The Creative & Identity Director is the single point of direction. Each specialist works on coherent briefs with deliverables aligned to the overall system. No dispersion, one direction only.
What do I actually receive at the end?
A complete digital identity system: strategic guidelines, photo and video production, content, editorial plan and activation on the relevant platforms. All structured, documented, and ready to be managed over time.
